Delivery time

We keep you informed

Once your order has been placed and paid for, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm order details, including the estimated shipping time or delivery date for each item. When your item has shipped and is ready to ship, we'll email you a shipping notification with carrier and item tracking information.

You can also consult online customer service at any time to check the latest order status. You can check the order number, order date, order status, estimated shipping or delivery date, and tracking information for shipped items.

Estimated delivery time

Shipping time is the estimated time the item will be shipped from the warehouse and ready to ship. Items on your order will be shipped as conditions permit.

Items that are "in stock" are expected to ship the same day or the next business day.

Items that are expected to take longer to ship will be shipped from the warehouse within the specified period (eg: 7-10 business days).

All estimated times are based on business days.
